CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY

Rescheduling and Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel your

appointment, you can do so directly through he confirmation email you

received after booking. Please then rebook your session. Note that

available sessions may be booked out 2-3 weeks in advance, and

cancelling in a timely manner allows others who are waiting for an opening

to schedule their session.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your session

without prior notification via email at, your appointment will be considered a

"No Show" and will be automatically cancelled. Prompt communication if

you are running late is greatly appreciated and can help manage

scheduling efficiently.
